چکیده
The Asarum L. genus includes 128 species with a lot of medicinal effects and has been used extensively in the folk prescriptions for treatment several diseases such as bronchitis, asthma, rheumatism, hepatitis. In world, many researches showed that have kinds essential oils myristicin, methyl eugenol, myrcene, asafrol, borneol, safrol or α-pinene substances secquiterpenes, sterols, naringenin glycosyl flavonoids. Some reports Vietnam conducted on analyzing secondary compounds these species. However, it done little research classification through molecular markers. Indeed, DNA barcoding will help overcome difficulties recognizing plants which were endangered is rare materials high value medicine. study, four regions - ITS1, ITS2, matK rpoC analyzed from some are three A. splendens, yentuense petelotii. barcodes well amplified by PCR sequenced Sanger principal. After that, sequences ITS2 had highest polymorphism, addition, markers marker absolutely suitable distinguishing above results great significance application identification species, order to correctly use plant sources.

Genetic analysis of pike-perch, Sander lucioperca L., populations revealed by microsatellite DNA markers in Iran
This study was conducted in order to investigate genetic diversity and population structure of pike-perch in the Northern part of Iran. For this purpose, 207 adult pike-perches from four regions of the Caspian Sea watershed (Talesh Coasts, Anzali Wetland, Chaboksar Coasts and Aras Dam) were collected. DNA was extracted and by using 15 pairs of microsatellite primers, Polymerase Chain Reaction (...
متن کاملCross-species amplification of Clupeidae microsatellite DNA markers in common kilka, Clupeonella cultriventris from the Caspian Sea
Common kilka Clupeonella cultriventris (Nordmann, 1840) is a brackish water and small pelagic fish species and is one of the most abundant fishes that live gregariously in the Caspian Sea. A total of 60 specimens of adult common kilka were sampled from two seasons. Fifteen pairs of microsatellites previously developed for A.sapidissima, C. pallasi, C.harengus, and S. pilchardus were tested for ...
متن کاملWedelolactone from Vietnamese Eclipta prostrata (L.) L. protected zymosan-induced shock in mice
Wedelolactone is known to have biological activities such as anti-inflammation hepatitis, anti-hepatotoxic activity, and trypsin inhibitory effect. However, up to date, there has not been studied deeply in the role of wedelolactone for zymosan-induced signaling pathways in the process of regulating the excessive inflammatory responses in host. Here, we demonstrated that wedelolactone plays an e...

متن کاملGenetic diversity analysis of aquaculture strains of Acipenser stellatus (Pallas, 1771) using DNA markers
Acipenser stellatus (stellate sturgeon) represents a sturgeon species of great importance for the scientific community and fishermen that has been intensively captured for decades. Besides of overfishing and poaching, their reproduction sites have been destroyed and their natural habitats were affected by pollution. In consequence, wild populations of stellate sturgeon have decreased dramatical...
